BRO Builder LLC Files Federal Trademark Application for PRIMO Contractor Platform

Delaware construction technology company moves to protect the name of its software platform for contractors

DELAWARE — October 13, 2026 — BRO Builder LLC, a Delaware-based construction technology company, has filed an application with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) to register PRIMO as a federal trademark. The application, Serial No. 50157320, covers software as a service (SaaS) in International Class 042.

PRIMO is the name of BRO Builder's online platform for construction contractors. The platform brings bid management, cost estimating, compliance tools, and client quoting into a single dashboard. PRIMO replaces the platform's earlier name, Contractor Hub.
