In 2011, hands-on work in framing and carpentry marked the true beginning of our founder’s construction journey. This period established the essential connection between technical drawings and real-world execution.
Years of hands-on experience in framing and carpentry created a strong residential foundation rooted in real production environments. This work included volume and spec homes, executing multiple house models for different regional builders, each with distinct standards, schedules, and expectations. Repetition across varied designs sharpened efficiency, sequencing, material planning, and coordination with other trades. During this period, leadership responsibilities emerged—supporting crew coordination, task planning, and on-site decision-making. Operating within production-driven timelines reinforced discipline, accountability, and quality control, shaping an execution-first mindset grounded in craftsmanship, productivity, consistency, and field leadership.
As project scope and complexity increased, work expanded into commercial construction. Managing multi-trade coordination, schedules, and documentation introduced operational demands that required more structured systems and disciplined planning.
In 2019, BRO Builder LLC was formally established, unifying years of field experience and commercial execution into a construction company focused on disciplined delivery and scalable operations.
Following its establishment, BRO Builder LLC focused on custom homes as its first residential model. These projects emphasized design intent, precision, and disciplined execution, forming the operational foundation that later supported commercial construction and technology development.
In December 2021, BRO Genesis Pass NFTs were minted as a foundational access layer for the future public release of BRO Engine. Rather than relying on traditional short-term subscription models, the Genesis Pass was designed to grant lifetime access to core platform capabilities, aligning long-term users with the evolution of the technology itself. This approach reflected an early commitment to decentralizing access, rewarding early participation, and building a community of contractors and professionals invested in improving operational standards. Within the company’s strategy, the Genesis Pass serves as both a technology gateway and a governance-aligned asset—supporting sustainable platform growth while reinforcing BRO Builder’s focus on long-term value creation over transactional software licensing.
In 2022, an alpha version of the BRO Engine Takeoff/Estimator was deployed internally to support multi-trade commercial bids. The system was tested under real bid conditions, contributing to awarded projects and providing critical feedback for refinement.
Following successful internal use, BRO Engine was refined and made available to selected contractors and subcontractors seeking to scale into commercial construction. This phase focused on usability, accuracy, and real-world workflows.
In late 2025, BRO Engine was officially released to the public as a web-based platform designed to help contractors and subcontractors modernize operations and pursue commercial-scale projects with greater confidence and control.
In 2026, BRO Builder plans to deploy its own crypto token to support trade participation and introduce a modern, transparent approach to financing real construction and real estate projects—bridging execution, technology, and investment.
